Analytics

Track workflow performance and usage metrics

Analytics help you understand how your workflows perform over time. Use these insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and track usage.

Accessing Analytics

Workflow Analytics

  1. Go to Workflows
  2. Select a workflow
  3. Click the Analytics tab

Organization Analytics

  1. Go to Settings Analytics

This shows aggregated metrics across all workflows.

Key Metrics

Workflow Metrics

MetricDescription
Total RunsNumber of executions in the period
Success RatePercentage of runs that completed successfully
Average DurationMean execution time
Median DurationTypical execution time (less affected by outliers)
P95 Duration95th percentile—helps identify slow runs

Usage Metrics

MetricDescription
AI Credits UsedAI actions consume credits based on complexity
Documents ProcessedPDFs extracted or filled
API CallsExternal integration calls made
Storage UsedFiles stored (attachments, outputs)

Time Periods

View analytics for different periods:

  • Last 24 hours Recent activity
  • Last 7 days Weekly trends
  • Last 30 days Monthly patterns
  • Custom range Specific date range

Charts and Visualizations

Run Volume

See how many runs happen over time. Useful for:

  • Identifying peak usage periods
  • Spotting unusual activity spikes
  • Planning capacity

Success Rate Trend

Track reliability over time. A declining success rate indicates emerging issues.

Duration Distribution

Understand execution time patterns:

  • Most runs should cluster around the average
  • Outliers may indicate specific problem cases
  • Increasing p95 suggests performance degradation

Drill-Down Analysis

Click any data point to see the underlying runs. For example:

  • Click a spike in failures See the failed runs from that period
  • Click a slow p95 value See which runs took longest

Alerts and Thresholds

Set up alerts when metrics cross thresholds:

Alert TypeExample
Success rate dropAlert if below 90% in 24 hours
Duration increaseAlert if p95 exceeds 5 minutes
Volume spikeAlert if 2x normal run volume

Configure alerts in Settings Notifications.

Exporting Data

Export analytics for reporting or further analysis:

  1. Click Export in the analytics view
  2. Choose format (CSV, JSON)
  3. Select date range
  4. Download

Usage Tracking

Track resource consumption in Settings Usage:

  • AI credits used (based on tokens processed)
  • Documents extracted and filled
  • Workflow run counts

For more details, see Usage.
