Usage Dashboard
The usage dashboard shows your current billing period's consumption across key metrics.
Usage Metrics
Workflow Runs
Each workflow execution counts as one run, regardless of complexity or duration. The dashboard shows:
- Total runs this period
- Runs by day (trend visualization)
Extractions
Document extractions using AI-powered data extraction. Tracks how many documents have been processed.
Documents Filled
Templates that have been filled with data to generate output documents.
AI Usage
AI-powered actions track:
- Tokens processed — Input and output tokens across all AI operations
- Cost — Computed cost based on model usage
Storage
Files generated and stored by workflows:
- Filled documents
- Attachments
- Extracted data
Storage is measured cumulatively.
Understanding Your Usage
Usage resets at the start of each billing period. The dashboard shows:
- Current period consumption
- Daily breakdown for trending
